Ann Marie

Account Executive

Ann Marie worked as a Federal Renewals Specialist helping customers in both Federal, State & Local government sectors after 16+ years as a radiologic technologist. She has deep experience working with DoD, DHS, HHS, DoE, DoED, & the Executive office of the President.


Chief Executive Officer

20+ year networking industry veteran with executive leadership roles in sales, marketing, and product at Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET), Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO), and Skyport Systems (Acquired by Cisco Systems).


Account Executive

Before joining the Capture2 team, Grant worked at a predictive analytics software company for nearly 6 years helping customers procure the right tool for their specific applications. He graduated from St. John’s University with a BA in economics.


Quality Assurance

Kim is responsible for testing Capture2’s software by verifying quality execution for clients and that new features function as intended. She conducts testing of feature sets and verifies test plans and automation.



Product Manager

Michelle has a multidisciplinary background that includes experience in software support, customer success and data analysis. As both the Scrum Master and QA Lead, she works to maintain a balance between new features & enhancing current features important to our customers.


Software Engineer

Tim Bell is a full stack developer with over 20 years of experience & extensive knowledge in federal procurement. Prior to joining Capture2, Tim has worked with major DotComs, Fortune 500 companies, various federal agencies & is an United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran.


Software Engineer

“Brian attended CSU, Monterey Bay where he earned a BSc in Computer Science with a concentration in software engineering. As an engineer at Capture2, Brian takes search-driven projects to a higher level including front-end user searches & award data analytics.”


Data Analyst / Customer Success Manager

Ebony served 9 years in the Army National Guard with a deployment to Afghanistan in 2013. She attained her Master of Education from DePaul prior to her entrance into technology where she worked for SAP & HealthStream prior to leading customer success for Capture2.



VP of Operations

Gresham spent 16+ years in healthcare contractor/supplier management, mobile provider logistics, scaling SaaS customer success teams, and complex IT operations. He leads daily operations, marketing execution, and process development at Capture2.


Data Analyst / Information Assurance

Mark holds BS & MS degrees in electrical engineering, is a CISSP & MCSE with over 36 years of experience in radar & communication systems, software integration, DB design & app integration. Mark supports analysis & QA of business opportunities & cyber security compliance for C2P.


VP of Sales and Customer Success

Mike previously drove Federal Systems Integration efforts for the $10+ billion-dollar VAR World Wide Technology. Prior to WWT Michael had several BD/capture consulting and entrepreneurial government contracting roles & served as a senior officer in the US Air Force.


Account Executive

Zack spent 5 years with the DoD supporting the Rapid Equipping Force (REF) & Foreign Military Sales (FMS). He spent 1 year with Lockheed Martin as contract administrator for NASA. Prior to joining Capture2, Zack was a subcontractor administrator for Orano Federal Services.


Marketing Campaign Manager

Since graduating from GWU, Carsen has been lending her marketing skills to companies big and small, from the military to small non-profits. Carsen takes on her next challenge with Capture2, working to refine and enhance its presence through unmatched marketing campaigns.


Director of Intimidation

Esteban brings over 30 years of leadership experience in marketing strategy, physical security, and political think tanks. He watches over all aspects of daily process at Capture2 to ensure deadlines are met, customers are raving, and the kitchen is stocked.


Data Analyst

Jesse is excited to be back in CA enhancing Customer Success for Capture2. She loves to analyze government data to identify opportunities for clients thru Machine Learning. Previously, Jesse worked for Lockheed Martin and is a proud graduate of CSU, Northridge.


Software Engineeer

Masa graduated from UCSD with a BSc in Computer Science, where he focused on Artificial Intelligence-Search & Reasoning, & Algorithms related to Discrete & Continuous Optimization. He leads C2P’s efforts in search optimization and expansion of search criteria.


Demand Generation Manager

Nick brings 10+ years of Marketing experience specializing in Demand Generation, and Sales/Marketing Operations. Previously, Nick worked for Cisco Systems, Arista Networks, SDxCentral, Skyport Systems, and co-founded a mobile advertising company in San Francisco.


Founder & Chief Product Officer

In addition to founding Capture2, Chris spent over 15 years in government contracting from leading capture teams to systems architecture work on global military logistics systems and developing the GSA’s internal procurement systems.


Software Engineer

Gerardo has developed enterprise applications for manufacturing, government, & banking. He sustains ever-evolving data integration for C2P using Azure to gather diverse formats of procurement data from various sources for business opportunity creation, update & presentation.


Human Resources Manager

JP has operated as an HR Generalist & Manager for over 15 years and he has provided HR solutions to a variety of industries – including DoD, Tech, and Construction. He holds a Master’s degree in HR and a Bachelor’s degree in management.


Entry Level Software Engineer

Matt received a BS in Computer Science from CSU, Monterey Bay and slices code like a ninja. Matt has taken Capture2 opportunity search functionality to a higher level by using NLP & enabling vendors to search by product categories, vendors, & the products they sell.


Account Executive

Ron Stiles brings 40+ years of experience to Capture2, including 20 years of BD & proposal management in both the Federal, State & Local government sectors. A U.S. Navy submarine veteran, Ron has experience with DoD, DHS, White House, HHS, Nuclear Regulatory Commission & the DoE.
