Business Development Pipeline Management
A BD Pipeline is essential to monitor and compare business opportunities being actively pursued throughout the capture life cycle. As a company grows, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date BD pipeline becomes more difficult. Amongst many other things, it requires gathering updates from various business developers and capture managers. To address this problem, the Capture2 team developed Opportunity Pipeline Management. C2P empowers companies to create, modify, save, export, and share dynamic business opportunity pipeline reports that reflect up-to-date opportunity information.

Unlike other business development tools, C2P automatically updates pipeline reports with opportunity intelligence updates (e.g., Government customer released an RFI) as well as updates made by your company’s business development team. As a result, your BD pipeline reports represent the most up-to-date information from the customer, C2P Analyst team, and your own Business Development and capture team.

With C2P, you can easily create, modify, save, export, and share dynamic business opportunity pipeline reports. You’re not limited to construct reports based on only the opportunity values, but the C2P Custom Capture fields you created as well. This provides you the flexibility to create dynamic reports based on all the fields you care about, not just the ones offered by C2P out-of-the box. In addition, C2P’s opportunity import wizard makes it easy to add unique opportunities, such as task orders or commercial opportunities to your pipeline.
